Hey, I’m Joey — real estate investor, construction project manager, and the guy who genuinely gets excited when a house starts coming back to life.

I buy, renovate, and sell homes across Southwest Ohio (West Chester, Germantown, Middletown, Franklin, Springboro) and beyond into Red River Gorge, Kentucky and Norris Lake, Tennessee. Whether it’s a tired bi-level that needs a full gut or a lake cabin ready for short-term rental cash flow, I’m usually knee-deep in one (or five) of them at any given time.

What I do:

• Invest in fixer-uppers and turn them into homes people love (or profitable short/mid-term rentals)
• Manage every phase of construction — excavation, framing, finishes, you name it — with my own crews and trusted partners
• Help everyday buyers and sellers close fast, fairly, and without the usual headaches
• Partner with other investors, contractors, and lenders on bigger deals (I love a good joint venture)
