Things to Consider When Buying a Home
Location, location, location! How many times have we heard that mantra?!
When purchasing a home, location truly is way up there on the list of priorities.
Do you need to be in a particular school district? Is proximity to shopping and entertainment important to you? How about that daily commute to-and-from work? You might even be looking for public transportation alternatives. Of course, there is the ever-popular, “I’d like to be close to family.”
Whatever the parameters and particulars your ideal location may be, carefully craft your search to fit the area or areas that are best suited to your needs and wants and stick to it, because - another mantra - You don't want to fall in love with the wrong house!
