Great pictures go a long way towards selling your home. Many Realtors offer to take the listing photos for you, but if you prefer to do it yourself, here a few suggestions to follow:
Opt for a digital camera. Many cellphones take high-quality photos, but if its available, go with a digital camera.
Avoid using low-grade images. Grainy, fuzzy images can be caused by poor lighting, so make sure lights are on and windows curtains pulled back.
Stay away of showing to much greenery. Show the exterior of the home without to many trees an shrubs gtetting in the way.
Highlight patios, decks and backyard features. Images of fun and relaxation are very important to excite the buyer about the home.
Sunshine. Professional photographer prefer natural light, so open all curtains and blind to get the best shot.
