About Brett

I was born in Dayton and have lived here my whole life.  I have traveled extensively around the United States and North America. I consider Dayton as one of the best places to live, not only in Ohio but in the United States.  There is a rich history here, especially in Southwest Ohio, the birthplace of aviation.

The rich history of Southwest, OH, is one of the many reasons I chose real Estate as a career in Dayton.  The real estate business is constantly evolving, and no two clients' needs are identical. My goal is to do the best I can to meet my client's needs. The needs of my clients are varied. Whether their goal is to find their forever home, negotiate the best price for the sale of their property, or find a better commercial property for their expanding business, I can help. Real Estate is my passion, and it is my pleasure to assist my clients in making decisions that will impact their families or business for years to come.

 Things you might not know about me

• Ward's House of Prime; Wall of Fame, I ate a 40oz prime rib, two sides, salad, and half of my wife's dinner.
• I ate a quadruple cheese steak from Submarine House in under 5 minutes
• I creative write
• When I was 10, I missed attending a Coca-Cola National Bowling Tournament in my age group by five pins held in Las Vegas. I was 4^th out of 250 in my age group
• I started playing golf at the age of 5
• I have sky-dived
• My college football career was cut short due to an injury
