About Dennis and Laurie

Dennis and Laurie bios:

Together we have studied over a dozen different real estate strategies as real estate investors and have also been mentored and coached by experts in several different real estate fields. We have also rehabbed several houses as part of our investing strategy.

In helping you find or sell your next home, we always keep in mind that purchasing a home is a huge decision, and we are dedicated to simplifying the process for you. We promise to listen carefully to your hopes and dreams and help you buy or sell your home. 

Laurie bio:

Laurie has lived and worked in Medina County for the past 34 years and has been a Realtor since 2012.

Laurie has a teaching degree for special needs children from Kent State University and home schooled her own children for twenty years.

While at home, Laurie enjoys working with horses, gardening, hiking with our dogs and spending time with her husband of 40+ years, her children and grandchildren. 

Dennis’ bio:

Dennis has lived and worked in Medina County for the past 34 years and has been a Realtor since 2017. His past careers include being an engineer for 12 years and a teacher of architecture and engineering for 20 years.

Dennis has a teaching degree in Industrial Technology from Kent State University. He also enjoys cooking, woodworking and construction.​

Dennis also completed 147 hours of home inspector training from American Home Inspector Training institute in 2019. He also completed 30 continuing education courses through InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), also in 2019. 

Since we work together as a close team, both of us are very skilled at seeing your home through the eyes of a home inspector.
